Practitioner Offerings Are:

  • Collaborative

    You bring your brilliance, and I’ll bring mine. You’re not some empty vessel waiting to be filled by an “expert.” I’m excited about the energy we create by looking at challenges and opportunities together. Your tender spots, dreams, ideas, lessons, and feedback are crucial in the room.

  • Relational

    The work of walking alongside folks in their healing is complex, and we know that the magic is most possible in the context of real relationships. I believe the same is true in support relationships for providers, too! Boundaries, attunement, and genuine warmth are central.

  • Holistic

    I center your experience as a whole person, with a whole body and a whole lived experience—including and beyond your work as a provider. Whatever arises can be part of the work, and we can use the tools that make sense—clinical frames, ritual, somatic approaches, and more.

1:1 Consultation

Consultation is a one-off conversation (or limited series of conversations) in which we focus in on a specific client, question, or curiosity within your current work.

Through consultation, I’m particularly well-positioned to support folks with specific questions about:

  • work with a trans, nonbinary, or intersex client or client system

  • broader work with gender-expansive communities

  • supporting folks navigating the effects of complex and/or developmental trauma, including complex dissociation

  • integrating trauma-responsive principles into a specific interaction or area

  • using a strengths-based and embodied perspective to see a challenge or situation in a new way

  • conceptualizing your clinical approach or trajectory, with a focus on weaving together diverse threads of experience or interest

Consultation INvestment

Standard rates for 1:1 Consultation are offered on a sliding scale of $100-175 per hour.

The equity rate scale of $50-80 per hour is available to queer and trans Black & Indigenous folks and other people of color. One free consultation session per month is also available to queer and trans Black & Indigenous folks and other people of color (first come, first served).

ONgoing Clinical Support

Ongoing clinical support offers a longer-term relational container in which we center & celebrate your growth as a human engaged in healing work.

Ostensibly, this offering is what clinical fields typically call “supervision.” The name of this offering reflects an intentional shift away from the legacy of our supervisory and management roles as rooted in racialized capitalism and white supremacy.

We might be a good fit for ongoing support if you’re interested in:

  • co-creating a support dynamic that suits your human and clinical needs

  • bringing your body, intuition, mind, magic, and other expressions of your aliveness into our relationship & your work

  • exploring the way that the forces of whiteness and/or white supremacy, capitalism, and settler colonialism shape your work

  • actively growing in chosen (and sometimes unexpected) ways with the support of someone who’s growing too

  • embodying a clinical practice that challenges conventional mental health systems

  • support making clinical documentation suck less :)

  • spaciousness for queer, nerdy, neurospicy, chronically-ill shenanigans

I am currently able to provide ongoing clinical support to licensed clinicians (e.g., LMHC, LICSW) anywhere in the US (with the understanding that my knowledge of policy and resources will be more local to so-called Massachusetts).

As a Massachusetts Mental Health Counselors Association Certified Clinical Supervisor (MCCS), I am also able to work with master’s level interns and provisionally-licensed mental health counselors (seeking LMHC) in MA. Unfortunately, my supervision as an LMHC is not recognized by NASW for those seeking licensure as social workers.
